Tremont Cafe – October 15, 2012

Featuring Creemore and Dags & Willow

There’s no way this could have been better! Take the spot-on flavours of the Tremont Cafe, and combine each dish with expertly paired cheese from Dags & Willow, and the perfect brew from Creemore Springs Brewery, and this was our Let’s Eat event. Wow! We’ll probably ramble on and on if we try to describe the food ourselves, so instead, here’s the menu from the evening. So amazing!

German Beer Hall Plate – UR BOCK

House venison sausage with dried cherries + Kirsh

Soft Pretzel

House Grainy Mustard

Sauerkraut Crumble (Dehydrated Sauerkraut)

Lebanon (Palate cleanse – Citrus) – PILSNER

Fattoush (Salad)

with Fresh Poegranate Sumac Tofu Crouton + Citrus Vinaigrette

Spain – Meat and Potatoes – LAGER

Grilled Lamb lolly Pop

Chorizo Potato Stack (pave)

Spanish Piccada ( sauce wipe on plate)


Dessert Course – LIONS WINTER ALE

Cardamom spiced Bread pudding + Caramel + Vanilla Ice Cream
